After 2.5hrs of Sweet Tea and onion rings at Hops, the Stafford Jones interview has been completed. Now comes the hard part - editing. Hopefully Edit 2 will be ready as early as Wednesday. The interview, one of the longest, may have even beat out Charlie Grapski's first Q&A on TR.
In other news, my crusade to put Michael "Sick Mike" Vick and the money-grubbing Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank continues.
The Lacey Logsdon Tribute (lol), won't be out till September, so hurry up & wait.

You have no idea how much of a hard time I'm giving Stafford at the next REC meeting for this. ;-)
Hmmm, I might just have to make the trip to the REC meeting in August if this interview is interesting. I would actually go this Thursday but I have an exam. I can do things like this because of I have no party affiliation. It's great, almost like a press pass; flash it at the door and they let you in anywhere with open arms. I mean they even make all those tv ads to win the votes of people just like me :).
I actually checked out the Alachua County Republican website and it looks like their BBQ event with Sean Hannity is still on...if it wasn't for the fact that I don't make partisan donations then I would attend that as well just for the food :). However if Josh or another member of CR was to "donate" a ticket to me then I might just be open enough to attend so I could "critically evaluate" the political atmosphere here in Alachua :hint, hint:.
The tickets are like $80 unless you volunteer to help, so sorry - no can do.

I couldn't access the link, but I will say this. Despite the unfortunate reality that the IFC & PC Council are either controlled or subservient to FBK, the Greek experience insofar as social growth, is a wonderful experience.
Out of all of Fiji, I made one great friendship, but what a friendship! I'm not the kind of guy you'd think of as the Greek success story, this is like deja vu...when I rushed I read the story of a brother just like me, a sort of Phi Gam black sheep if you will, but who was an active grad member. He basically questioned a lot and wasn't popular on the inside, but he blossomed b/c of his membership.
I see the guys sometimes and it awkward ya know, but no regrets. Being Greek was really positive for me. It didn't get me laid (actually admitting I was greek hurt those #'s a few times) and it certainly didn't get me my senate seat (lol), but..it was a great time and eating dinner at the house or donning the weird get-ups at chapter or scaring the hell out of pledges was good times.
Omg, I can't stop laughing. I just remembered shoveling in the back by the tool-shed and a certain unnamed Phi Gam was busy looting the house of plastic silverware, cups, and other assorted items. I wonder who that could have been.... LOL
